An adults-only B&B on the edge of Lyme Regis, close to the Jurassic Coast, with free parking and a garden to relax in.
About No 12
Lyme Regis, with its fossil-lined shore and famous stretch of the Jurassic Coast, is the setting for No 12, a B&B on Woodroffe Meadow that makes a quiet base for exploring the town. It's an adults-only property, so it suits couples or friends after a peaceful stay rather than a family holiday.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks provided, and access to a garden with outdoor seating where you can look out over the grounds. Breakfast is included, free WiFi runs throughout, and staff are on hand at reception around the clock. Free on-site parking and luggage storage make arriving and leaving straightforward.
Golf, fishing and entertainment can all be found nearby, along with pubs, bars and restaurants for evenings out. The Jurassic Coast and Lyme Regis's other attractions are within easy reach, making No 12 a practical spot for a coastal break.
What guests say
A really lovely B&B. Diane is ever so nice and will talk you through all the touristy places to go and restaurants, etc. The room is very pleasant and the breakfast items were really nice. We would throughly recommend this establishment and look forward to staying here, again. I'd also like to post a very special thank you to you, Diane, for all your help and kindness. On a scale of 1 to 5, you easily reach 25 or more, and it's very much appreciated. Thank you. --Tim 😊
