About Morben Isaf Holiday Park
Morben Isaf sits on a hillside above Derwenlas, less than two miles from Machynlleth, sloping down towards the Dyfi Estuary with views across to the surrounding hills. It holds a 5-star Visit Wales grading and combines touring and camping pitches with holiday home ownership plots, making it one of the more established sites in the immediate Machynlleth area. Pitches range from non-electric grass tent spots to fully-serviced hardstanding for larger motorhomes, and the site's strong 4.9 Google rating reflects its well-maintained facilities and helpful on-site presence.
The park's position puts the Dyfi Osprey Project and the Wales Coast Path within less than a mile, and the RSPB's Ynys-hir reserve is a few miles further along the estuary, making it a popular choice with birdwatchers as well as walkers and anglers. Facilities include accessible bathrooms with step-free access and wheelchair-friendly showers, a launderette, electric car charging and a play area for families. Corris Mine Explorers and King Arthur's Labyrinth are a short drive away for a change of pace, and Machynlleth itself, with its market, shops and railway station, is easily reached in a few minutes by car.

This is a real gem of a campsite. In an ideal location for both Borth and Aberdovey. The service pitches are fabulous with hook up and water. Lovely views. The onsite facilities are lovely, very clean and well looked after and the landscaping onsite is beautiful. Really love the large dog walk area, and bird hide. I would highly recommend this site and will definitely be back.

We absolutely love Morben Isaf. We had a static caravan here for over 20 years before giving it up several years ago, but returning with our tourer on a seasonal pitch has been wonderful. Being able to give my kids the same amazing experience I had growing up here is truly special. Morben Isaf is a fantastic site—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and run by lovely wardens who keep everything immaculate. With stunning beaches just 15 minutes away, the Osprey Centre right next door, and Machynlleth only a short 5-10 minute drive, it’s perfectly located within the tranquil Welsh countryside. A family- and dog-friendly site that offers the true Welsh experience—why wouldn’t you want to visit Morben Isaf?

We can't praise this site enough, we have had our caravan on a seasonal pitch for 8 yrs. Sarah,Ben and Mike keep the park to a five star standard. Lovely lake for fishing friendly atmosphere and pleasant to walk around. We especially like the bird hide and the fact we can walk through to the osprey project next door. Plus there are beautiful places close to the park to visit and relax.

We have been owners at Morben for over 10 years and love the peace and tranquility the site offers. The park is kept immaculate and the managers Ben & Sarah plus other staff are always friendly and helpful. We particularly love watching the wildlife from our caravan Barn Owls, Bats, Pheasants, Cuckoo's and many other types of birds too numerous to mention. Our dogs also love coming and going for walks and swims at the beach.
