Hillside Annex

Hillside Annex is a three-bedroom property on the edge of Maidstone, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The lower ground floor opens into a generous living space with woodburner and smart TV, flowing into a dining area and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, air fryer and American fridge freezer are all here. A sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space.

Upstairs on the ground floor are two bedrooms: one with a super kingsize bed, another with bunks. There is a bathroom with bath and shower. The first floor holds a third super kingsize bedroom with its own ensuite shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and wood for the burner are all included. The property sleeps 8 and welcomes one pet at no extra cost. There is parking for three cars on site, an enclosed garden, and a travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking throughout.

The surrounding landscape is threaded with walking and cycling trails that wind through woodland and past fields. The enclosed garden provides outdoor space without leaving the property. This is a whole house to yourselves, not a shared facility.
