Kingfisher Oast

Kingfisher Oast is a Grade II listed conversion on a country estate in Hollingbourne village. The building started life storing hops in the mid-1700s, and pencil marks from hop pickers still mark one of the bedroom walls—a genuine trace of its working past. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and all three are doubles or twin singles. The ground floor is a single open-plan space where the living area, dining section and kitchen flow together, with a PlayStation 4 and TV for quieter moments.

Everything needed for self-catering is here: the kitchen has a full electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, while heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all provided. Outside, you can access a shared heated swimming pool (summer months), garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Table tennis and a pool table are also available to share with the other property on the estate. One dog can stay at no extra cost. The village and local countryside are on the doorstep, and this booking is non-smoking. Hen and stag parties are not accepted.
