Moorhen Cottage works well for families wanting space to spread out, or two couples sharing. The three bedrooms—a kingsize with ensuite, a double, and twin room—sleep six across two bathrooms. You get the whole property to yourself on a country estate, with your own lawned garden, furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The ground floor opens into a combined kitchen and living area with a 55-inch smart TV and PlayStation, plus a separate dining room with doors onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and everything else you need. Essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's also a washer-dryer on site, and a travel cot and highchair if needed.

On the wider estate you'll find a 10m by 5m swimming pool (open May to September), pool table and table tennis, all shared with other properties. Walking distance brings you to pubs and a food shop serving breakfast and lunch. The village of Hollingbourne sits in countryside with cycling routes and footpaths nearby. No smoking throughout. Hen and stag parties are not accepted.
