Lower Farm Lodges - Lottie’s Luxurious Lodge

Lottie's Luxurious Lodge sits within 13 acres of grounds in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a few miles from Maidstone. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and a setting that opens onto walking and cycling country; Leeds Castle and the Archbishop's Palace are close enough for a day out, and the River Medway runs through Maidstone a short drive away.

Inside, everything is on one floor. Both bedrooms have kingsize beds and their own en-suite showers. The living area includes a 43-inch smart TV and a sofa bed if needed, while the kitchen has a full oven, hob, dishwasher and all standard equipment for cooking. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are covered. One small dog is welcome. You have use of a shared summerhouse, garden furniture and BBQ across the grounds, where there is also a lake and sitting areas. The property does not permit smoking.

Maidstone leisure centre, with its pools and water slides, is eight miles away. The Hazlitt Theatre and various shopping areas including Fremlin Walk are also nearby. There is a step in the grounds and an unfenced lake, which matters if you're travelling with young children or a pet.
