Sunnyside House

Maldon's historic waterfront and the quieter Dengie Peninsula coastline are both within reach of Sunnyside House, a three-bedroom property in the village of Latchingdon. Walking and cycling routes through the surrounding countryside are popular locally, and birdwatchers find the area's nature reserves rewarding. The town itself has riverside paths, traditional pubs, and regularly hosts events at its promenade park.

The house sleeps four across a double bed and two single beds, with one bathroom. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove warms the living room (which has a smart TV and Xbox), while the separate dining room opens to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there's a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is the bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. Private parking for two cars is on site.

The back garden centres on a private four-person hot tub, with a gas barbecue, fire pit and seating. One pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted inside.
