Lovells Barn

Lovells Barn is a detached conversion on a single level, sleeping four in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The open-plan living space combines a wood-burning stove, 50-inch Smart TV and a kitchen that holds everything needed to cook properly—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included; logs for the burner are available to buy.

Each bedroom has a zip-and-link king bed that can be split into two singles if needed. One has its own ensuite shower room; the other is served by a separate bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. The enclosed lawned garden has sitting-out furniture and overlooks the owners' vineyard and paddock. Parking for three cars is on site. The property is in Welland, with a shop a mile away and a pub and restaurant equally close. The Malvern Hills and Eastnor Castle are nearby, as is the Three Counties Showground. No smoking is permitted; one well-behaved pet is welcome.
