What visitors say
My husband and I stayed in Hazel Lodge, which was a lovely clean pod. It had a seating area outside with beautiful views of the countryside. We had pizzas on Saturday that were delicious. My son and two of his friends camped in a tent and they thought the toilet and shower block was nice and clean. It is a small well kept site. Wrenbury village had a nice shop too, which was not far away.

We stayed for two nights as a family of four. There was lots of space for us to play bat and ball and bowls which was great. A few of the pitches are on a slight slope (as told in the info before booking) but it’s only a slight slope and didn’t affect our stay. Each pitch comes with a picnic bench which made tea times easier. We went into Whitchurch for the day. There was a fab park there and a walk down the canal and lots of shops and markets etc to nosey round. The owner came round at about 9-930 and told us to quieten down which is understandable as it’s the site rules. But meant we all got a good nights sleep. There was a freezer on site we could refreeze our cool box blocks which was useful. It’s a small well kept clean site with lots of room. We will be back. Many thanks.

Fabulous site with views to die for. David gave us a very warm welcome, even though he was busy doing site maintenance. The toilets and showers were top quality and very clean. I can see that a lot of pride is taken in ensuring the site is in top condition. WiFi would have made it perfect! Highly recommend, and will definitely be visiting again, and using my discounts that are kindly offered. Thanks for a lovely overnight stay. Mark & Judith Battimelli

What a beautiful site this is, with fabulous views and a very old oak tree to look out on. The site itself is immaculate, clean toilets and showers, short, well kept grass and generously sized pitches. Our friends stayed in one of the lodges which was also immaculate, well laid out and well equipped. We also had friends camping on a bit of a slope but that is mentioned on the website. One thing to note however is that the only access to the site is via single track lanes which when towing a caravan was a bit nerve racking, however they are quiet and we only encountered one car going and one car when we left but occasional farm vehicles did pass by the site. Marbury village (1.5 miles) is very pretty and The Swan pub did a lovely Sunday lunch.
