What visitors say
Nice place for seeing ice hockey, good atmosphere 👌 my first time whatch a ice hockey game and definitely I'm going again!

Very disappointing customer service. We were unable to attend our booked session and asked if they could either refund our £62 booking, rearrange it, or even offer a discounted place on a different session. They refused every option and made no effort to find a reasonable solution. I understand businesses have policies, but a little flexibility and goodwill go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very poor impression, and I won’t be booking again.

Pricing is not clear, skate hire is extra, parking is extra, polar bears are extra. Car park is in appalling condition with many people parking on roadside. Parking meters have many worn out buttons. Student price is 16+ with children under 16 being more expensive. There didn’t seem to be any staff on the ice giving any support or advice to completely novice skaters.

Parking arrangements are disgraceful : while I don't have any evidence I'm fairly sure there was a sign above the parking ticket machine that said Parking £1 which I assumed would cover the duration of the Juniors game I had come to see. For an additional £1 I could have stayed for 24hrs ??? Instead I have to pay a penalty of £60 for an additional 21 minutes. (few minutes to get to the machine and queue to pay, a few minutes to get out of the venue and back to the car). After receiving a £100 parking charge (reduced to £60 for payment within14days), I checked other Google reviews and quickly realised this is a common complaint, not a one-off. Why penalise genuine visitors who are inside the venue?

Visitors say this ice rink offers a good size rink, helpful and friendly staff, and a great atmosphere for watching ice hockey.
Other reviews mention parking can be a trap with unexpected fines, and facilities can be dated and poorly maintained.
