This is a gem of a B&B, not to be missed. The owners take care to be welcoming and clearly strive (and succeed) to be the best. From the welcoming touches, like home made cake in the room, to the EXTREMELY GOOD breakfasts there is no fault to be found. The location benefits also from a very good pub which is a very short walk away. The location was perfect for us. We have stayed more n once and plan to do so again.

We spent a couple of nights at the Old Posthouse last month. Beautiful building and great hosts. Room was lovely and came with homemade lemon drizzle cake! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and locally sourced ingredients. We were able to sit in the garden with a drink in the sunshine. The village shop, a couple of doors down was great with a really friendly owner and we ate a delicious meal at the pub next door to the shop. We will definitely revisit later in the year hopefully. Such a fabulous gem of a place that I would actually love to keep it a secret! Julia and Tony are such genuinely lovely people, who clearly care a great deal about their roles of host and in providing such a clean, comfortable and homely environment. The best part for me was Tony's food, making breakfast the highlight of my day! They're passionate about local produce, which shines through in all they serve, particularly their delicious home-made jams and compote. This place is full of love. With a pub serving decent food only a 2 minute walk away, it's a perfect tranquil base, where you are really cared for. Thank you Julia and Tony for making me feel so welcome and at home.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. Tony & Julia were great hosts, very welcoming. Our room (2)was lovely, very comfortable . Breakfast was outstanding both mornings. The choices are excellent - award winning. We would definitely return .
