The Stone Barn

East Firsby sits in quiet Lincolnshire countryside, close enough to explore the region's walking trails and historical sites but far enough away to feel properly removed. The Stone Barn is a newly converted property here that sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite or access to a full bathroom. The layout spreads across two floors: ground level holds the main living space, kitchen and first bedroom, while upstairs you'll find two further bedrooms and a second bathroom.

What you get is a fully equipped modern home. The kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds (which split into singles if you prefer), and the bathrooms include heated towel rails. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with a welcome pack on arrival. The hot tub sits in the back garden, which also has seating areas and a barbecue; there's space to park two cars on the property.

The barn suits groups of friends or extended families after a countryside base with proper comfort and somewhere to relax together. Note there is a step down into the garden. Smoking is not permitted inside.
