The Stables

The Stables is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property within a converted stable block on the edge of Melton Mowbray town centre. It suits couples, families and small groups of up to four people looking for self-catering accommodation with their own parking on site. Downstairs has a living and dining room with Freeview Smart TV, plus a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower, and the other has two single beds; both have heated towel rails. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it.

Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. A ten-minute walk gets you into Melton's town centre with its shops and restaurants. The area is well-positioned for exploring further afield: Rutland Water lies less than half an hour away and offers water sports, bird watching and lakeside walks; Belvoir Castle is about twenty minutes' drive; and parks including Sherwood, Rufford and Clumber are all within reasonable reach. The Grantham Canal towpath runs through the locality with pleasant walking routes. Smoking is not permitted inside.
