Acacia is a one-bedroom cottage for two on a working farm in mid Devon, with its own hot tub, private enclosed garden, and woodburner. Everything essential is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, so you arrive to a ready home. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
The ground floor is open-plan, with a living area centred around the woodburner and Smart TV, a dining space, and a kitchen fitted with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine—well equipped for cooking at any level. Downstairs also has a shower room. Upstairs, the bedroom has a super kingsize bed and the main bathroom offers both a bath and walk-in shower. Oil central heating keeps you warm whatever the season.
Outside, the garden includes a hot tub for four, sitting-out areas and a firepit. There is parking for two cars. No smoking is allowed inside. The quietness of the farm setting makes this suit couples wanting to retreat from busier surroundings, or anyone who values being somewhere genuinely private rather than merely rural.

Idyllic hide away with far reaching uninterrupted views of the Devonshire countryside. The secure garden was perfect for our dog and EV charger very handy for our daily trips out exploring. The cottage itself was beautifully designed with a high spec finish. Thanks to the glorious weather we ended each day in the hot tub relaxing with the views. We had a great holiday in Acacia Cottage.
