What a little gem! My son grabbed a whole load of leaflets whilst we were in Devon for a wedding, so when we saw this, we thought we'd visit on our way home. We're so glad we did! The main draw is obviously the trains and getting to ride on the big one and the miniature one, but there are so many more activities, including a large soft play, model village, model railways (which my son has now asked for his birthday!!), crazy golf, sand pit, ball pit, train sets to play with, other wooden toys and play parks. The staff are all so wonderfully friendly and the place has a real charm to it, rather than the over commercialisation you see in other attractions. You can even see the old railway bridge when going round on the trains. You can tell this a very loved place by the owners and is truly well cared for. Food and drinks are very reasonable, and there are additional activities at a low price too including a "drive your own train" for £1. We were lucky enough to see the visiting peacock from next door who put on a show for everyone! The centre wasn't busy the day we visited and we were able to ride the trains several times. The tickets were well priced in comparison to other attractions in the area which made it very appealing as a family to visit. You can even buy a yearly pass if you're local to the area. We will most definitely visit again when we're in the area. A great day out had by all! Thank you ❤️

This is a great little place if you or your little ones love trains and all things about them. There's a model railway - that's huge with plenty for the kids and older ones to do. There are play zones for the younger children, outdoor play areas, trains to ride which takes you to some lovely places. Cafe is great with prices ££ staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back 🙂

Great day out with the kids. We were so impressed with the Railway Centre. Everything was so well thought through with low stress family fun in mind. My kids favourite was the 'big train' ride because the both got to wave the flag bit they also loved the play shed which was somehow lovely and cool on a very hot day. We also brought our dog who seemed to love the train ride asich as the kids. It was a great day out and fabulous value for Money. We spent a very busy but fun 3.5 hours there and enjoyed every moment.

Really fun place for kids! The staff were absolutely lovely. Even on a scorching hot day. The two train drivers were in particular really kind and good with the kids. I would highly recommend for a family day out. There is actually a huge amount to do! You can easily spend the whole day.
