Elm Farmhouse works for larger gatherings—extended families, groups of friends, or anyone needing serious space to spread out. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms across the whole property mean everyone gets privacy when they need it. The farmhouse itself is traditional in character but properly renovated inside, with a kitchen built for cooking together, open fires including an inglenook, and a piano if the mood takes you. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
The 65 acres around you are working countryside rather than manicured gardens. There's a hot tub, garden furniture for outdoor eating, and space for the kind of days that involve garden games or a barbecue. Evenings might mean sitting by the firepit—Exmoor's dark skies are close enough to notice. Bampton village, with a pub and shops, is a short drive away if you want to leave the property. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking indoors.

We have just spent a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at The Elms. Plenty of room for three generations and plenty of amusements too! The hot tub and the games room were very big hits, as were the outdoor entertainments. We unreservedly recommend The Elms.

Beautiful holiday home and well situated for travel to local amenities. Becky was very easy to contact and replied quickly to any / all queries. Home was was beautifully presented and spotless. Lots of little touches that made our visit even better Would 100% recommend this home to anyone

We had a great time at the Elms. It was clean, tidy, warm and equipped with everything we needed. The games room and hot tub are an excellent addition. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the nearest town is only 5 mins away with a couple of nice pubs and places to eat. Communication with Becky was kind, friendly and helpful.

The Elms is a lovely, spacious, warm and very clean holiday home. Becky and Neil have thoughtfully provided lots of extras; these made our stay, with three generations to please, work very well. Becky was extremely quick to respond to our communications before and during our visit. She and Neil even gave up their time to judge our pumpkin carving competition, which we greatly appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
