Oak Park Lakes - Oak Park Two

Oak Park Two is a single-storey lodge that works well for families, groups of friends, or couples wanting extra space. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king with an ensuite, a double, and a twin, plus a family bathroom. Everything happens on one level, which matters if anyone has mobility concerns. The open-plan living and dining space has doors onto the grounds, and the kitchen is properly equipped for cooking rather than just heating takeaways—gas oven and hob, dishwasher, all the basics. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The property sits beside two carp fishing lakes on a rural site near Tiverton. Your hot tub is private to the lodge and holds four people; the wider grounds with seating area and firepit are shared with other properties on-site. You get parking for two cars. Bampton village is a few miles away with pubs, a butcher and bakery. The immediate setting is quiet countryside rather than a tourist hotspot. No smoking inside the lodge.
