Oaklawn Cottage

Oaklawn Cottage comes ready to use: electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided, along with fuel for the multi-fuel burner. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Downstairs there's a living room with Freeview TV and CD player, a separate dining room, and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Two bedrooms upstairs each contain two single beds (3ft), making four sleeping spaces in total. A cot and highchair are available if needed.

The cottage sits on the owner's small estate near Eye in Mid Suffolk, with a large lawned garden, outdoor chairs and private parking for two cars. It's characterful, with original beams and period details, though the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The location puts you within easy reach of Woodbridge and the Suffolk Heritage Coast (about 25 minutes away), with The Broads and Constable Country each an easy drive. Shops and pubs are 2 miles away. The property does not permit smoking.
