Elmswell is a quiet village within easy reach of several of Suffolk's main attractions. Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket sit a short drive away, while the coast at Felixstowe is 45 minutes off, and the popular seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh an hour's journey. A shop stands 50 yards from the property and a pub 200 yards away.
The Apple Store is a single-storey converted cottage on the owner's grounds, offering one double bedroom and one bathroom, sleeping two. Ground floor throughout, it has an open-plan living and dining area with Freeview TV and French doors onto the garden, plus a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking. The ensuite has a shower cubicle and toilet. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with use of the owner's freezer. Parking for one car is on site, and there is a sitting-out area with garden furniture; a barbecue is available by arrangement. A shared lawned garden surrounds the property, and a bike store can be accessed by prior arrangement. The owner keeps a small dog on the grounds.
