The single bedroom contains a super king bed; there is one bathroom with a bath. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, and on-site parking for one car is available. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.

The property opens onto an enclosed back garden with patio seating, and the wider setting includes an orchard, firepit and views across rolling farmland. Note that there are three steps at the entrance and an unfenced pond on the grounds. One pet is welcome. The property is no-smoking throughout. Arrival is after 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
