The Little Barn

The Little Barn is a detached conversion on the edge of Hoxne village, with its own enclosed lawned garden and small woodland area behind. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with dining area and smart TV, a kitchen with electric oven and induction hob opening onto the garden, a double bedroom, and a walk-in shower room. A cot bed is available for children under four. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included, along with a welcome pack and parking for one car. An electric car charging point is on site, which is useful for exploring the region.

The setting suits walkers and those wanting quiet time: country paths surround the village, and the Suffolk coast with its beaches and RSPB reserves is within reach. Hoxne itself has a pub with restaurant, a post office, deli and shop five minutes' drive away. Southwold, with its pier and independent high street, is further afield. There's a small basketball court in the woodland grounds if you need something more active. The property is non-smoking. One well-behaved pet stays free.
