Crown Cottage

Horsted Keynes sits in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and this part of Mid Sussex rewards exploration. The village green is a short walk away, cricket and tennis clubs are local, and two pubs are within a mile. The recreation ground backs onto the property. The cottage itself overlooks the green from its front aspect, with a small enclosed garden and patio to the rear.

Crown Cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: two kingsize beds (one in an ensuite) and a single with a pull-out single in the third room. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other an ensuite with a cubicle shower. The ground floor has a living and dining room with an electric woodburner and Smart TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and washer dryer. A separate toilet is also on this floor. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is on-site parking for one car and additional road parking nearby. The cottage is not suitable for smoking.

A highchair and stairgate are available. Families with young children should note there are three steps in the garden itself, though the main entrance has only two steps.
