About Steps Farmhouse
Steps Farmhouse occupies a 16th-century former farmhouse in the small hamlet of Bilbrook, tucked between Exmoor, the Quantock Hills and the coast, around five miles from Minehead. It is a genuinely rural base, popular with walkers and cyclists as well as those simply wanting a quieter alternative to staying in town.
Bedrooms are set in converted barns with their own entrances and off-road parking for each room, giving guests a good degree of privacy alongside a warm, personal welcome from the owners. Breakfasts make use of local produce and are a particular highlight of a stay.
Dunster and its National Trust castle are around three miles away, and the coast at Blue Anchor Bay is closer still, making Steps Farmhouse a well-placed option for touring the area beyond Minehead itself.

We stayed here for one night in May. It was the perfect spot for the night before our wedding with the beautiful garden and such friendly, welcoming hosts! The garden bar is a fabulous addition with reasonable prices too. Sharon even went out to get bucks fizz for our breakfast which was much appreciated! Breakfast was lovely and there was a good variety of things you could choose from. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Absolutely lovely, highly recommend. Clean and comfortable with some nice personal touches. Delicious and plentiful breakfast cooked to order. We were kindly given bucks fizz for breakfast as it was my daughter's wedding day. Pretty garden to sit in with an honesty bar

What a wonderful place to stay, not only was our room comfortable but Paul and Sharon could not have done more for their guests. This stay we had a chance to check out the garden space too, so peaceful. It is somewhere we will definitely return to Thank you for an amazing couple of days
