Brook Cottage suits couples and small families who want a self-contained base with space to relax. The detached house sits within gated grounds near Exmoor National Park, a 10-minute drive from Blue Anchor beach and Watchet's harbour. Minehead's shops and restaurants are slightly further; Washford village is under a mile away.

The ground floor is open-plan living, dining and kitchen, with room to spread out during downtime. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a zip-and-link bed that converts between kingsize and twin bunks, the other a kingsize. The shower room has a heated towel rail. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the house has air source heating throughout. One dog is welcome and the fully enclosed garden is a safe space to let them off-lead. The private hot tub sits on the patio, ringed by borders with built-in seating. There's parking for two cars, and an electric charging point is available by arrangement.
