What visitors say
All the children, mine included, are full of life and joy, loving the huge range of soft play equipment. This allows me to relax in the seating area and refuel with delicious chocolate oat biscuits and a caffeine hit. Life's What You Make It (Talk Talk) ☯️

I booked soft play 2-3 on the 11/04/26 My kids had a wonderful until unfortunately 2 slightly older girls started being mean to them, I had told them to stay away, then when wanting to go down the slide the 2 girls sat in the middle of the slide with there feet spreading over the other slides so they couldn’t go down, another parent aswell as myself had asked them to move and be considerate of the other children, they smirked and walked off, I kept watching my kids from a distance and these 2 girls kept blocking the steps up to the slide so I spoke to member of staff who went up and had a word, but they didn’t listen and kept doing it, so I spoke to the lovely Milly (supervisor) who helped and asked another team member also called Millie (lovely lady) to stay close to my kids and keep an eye out for the other children also! I was then able to enjoy a coffee and my kids then had the best time because Millie didn’t just keep an eye out she played with all the children too! It was so so nice to know the staff understand that parents may use soft play as a break and be able to drink a coffee whilst it’s still Hot! So to Milly and Millie, thank you for giving my kids a wonderful experience, they’re already asking to come back to play with you again! Also a thank you to the lady serving in the kitchen today, my coffee was lovely and thank you for the chat, you’re so supportive of all your coworkers and spoke highly of them! Fantastic team! *** Management, make sure you praise them! Great customer service!

We have been to this trampoline park and softly many times over the years and the staff and facilities are great. We recently held a party for our 7 year old daughter, Lexi, our party planner, was very friendly and helpful and met all of our needs to make the whole day memorable. Her and Irene are a credit to the team and we will definitely be back!

Awful couldn’t pay on arrival was told to use online booking that was more intrusive and time consuming than a job interview. Took 20 minutes to create an account and book online wouldn’t allow us to book the session we turned up at and the prices for 1 adult and two children £40 for an hour, some of the trampolines were out of use and an exposed dangerous drop present, the place was also empty.A complete let down, staff were uninterested in assisting and poor value for money, kids were crying on there birthday. Won’t be returning
