This B&B is a real gem in Moffat. The host was caring, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The full Scottish breakfast was a delicious treat, and my room was cosy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I arrived completely unprepared for the Scottish weather, and Ruth truly saved me and my tiny dog companion from a very rainy day and night with her kindness and generosity. Her hospitality went above and beyond, making my stay a memorable one. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moffat. Edit: spelling

We stayed for a night on our way home from a stay on the Isle of Tiree to South Wales. Ruth was a lovely host- very welcoming. The rooms were lovely with great attention to detail. Fabulous breakfast with lovely homemade preserves- loved the lemon curd! Recommend a stay at this lovely place.

We stayed here 4 days. It was absolutely wonderful in every respect. The owners keep a discreet distance, but are happy to engage if you want. They cooked a phenomenal Scottish breakfast, some of the best eggs I've ever tasted (and fresh from their own chickens - a must-have experience). Nearby, the views are stunning. There is also a Michelin starred resto very nearby, which I would recommend with the greatest enthusiasm.
