Great place to stay - We have stayed at the Green Frog many times over the last few years and we are never disappointed with the friendly welcome and the lovely wee cafe. The toilets and showers are kept clean and tidy and it is always lovely and quiet too. With easy walking distance to the dog friendly pubs and cafes of Moffat and the shops and garden centre we always have a nice time. And there is fishing available onsite too. I have no doubt we will be back.

5 mins walk from Moffat village , cheapest price we paid for a campsite, toilets and showers clean and decent sized. Owners were really friendly and shop onsite had lovely little gifts that were good value . I would return. Was very cautious after reading some awful reviews but we couldnt complain about anything. Also only 10 miles from grey mares waterfall and loch skeen which we did prior to arriving

Location good. Appears to tick every box online but charged extra for everything. £1 shower lasted 2 minutes & I had to finish washing my hair in the sink. Can’t use phone charger in the cafe. Soft play small but nice addition but £2 extra

Good location. Owners were friendly. A bit disappointed we were given a grass pitch, my friend asked if we could move to a hard standing pitch and were told that they were full but throughout the weekend they were spaces. Breakfast was lovely and good prices. Shower was rubbish. £1 for 2 minutes! Wasn’t enough time!
