The cottage sleeps 6 across four bedrooms: a super king, a double, and two singles. Downstairs holds a living room with a wood burner and entertainment options, a kitchen/dining room with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher, and a shower room. Upstairs is the main bathroom with a bath. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and fast broadband—are included. An external utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A private hot tub in the enclosed garden is available to guests year-round from 7am to 11pm; the garden also has a terrace, furniture and a barbecue.

Two cars can park on the property itself, with additional public parking nearby. One well-behaved pet stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking. It's set up for families and groups wanting a properly equipped base rather than a budget stay, with an electric car charging point and a bike store among the practical touches.
