Haugh House is a detached property on the edge of Aberlour, a village in Speyside known for its distilleries and shops. It sleeps ten across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it suitable for larger family groups. One dog can stay free of charge. The house sits on a small private estate with its own gate opening onto the Speyside Way, a riverside path that follows the River Spey—from here you can walk or cycle towards Strathspey, Tomintoul and the Whisky Trail's famous distilleries.
Inside, there's a living room with a woodburner (fuel included to get you started), a separate playroom with a games console, and a kitchen with a range cooker and dishwasher. Bedrooms range from doubles to a kingsize, with one bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. The enclosed garden includes a patio, barbecue and garden furniture. Wifi, bed linen and towels are provided. You get private parking for three cars and a bike store. The village itself is within walking distance—the pub, shops and Aberlour Takeaway are around 100 yards away—while the beaches of the Moray Firth lie roughly 20 miles south. No smoking inside the property.
