You step into a detached farmhouse built in the early 1800s, part of the historic estate, with views across open fields towards the ruins of Duffus Castle. The layout splits naturally: ground floor holds two double bedrooms, a family bathroom, a shower room, plus a generous kitchen and living room. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms and a snug occupy the first floor, with a second bathroom positioned downstairs for easier access if needed.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all there—and centres around a large wooden table for gathering. The living room has a wood burner with complimentary logs. Three of the four bedrooms frame views towards the castle. Essentials are covered: electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels included, plus an electric car charging point and parking for three vehicles on site.
The enclosed garden has a BBQ and furniture. One dog stays free. Families with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. No smoking indoors. It's a full property to yourselves, eight miles from the coast in an area of open countryside.
