This detached house is built on a single storey, which makes it straightforward for families and groups who'd rather not navigate stairs. Three bedrooms—one with an ensuite—and two bathrooms mean there's space to spread out. Two of the bedrooms have zip-and-link beds that can be configured as either two singles or one double, while the third has bunks. The living room overlooks rolling countryside, and the kitchen is large enough that cooking doesn't feel cramped when there's a crowd. A games room with pool table and dartboard occupies its own space, and the utility room provides somewhere to leave walking boots or wet gear.

Outside, the garden is mainly lawn with a patio, seating and a barbecue. There's parking for two cars on the property. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The nearest village is Duffus, a few minutes away, where there's a shop and a pub. The Moray coastline—rated by National Geographic among the world's top twenty for scenery—is within easy reach, with Covesea beach and its caves just five minutes off. This isn't a smoking property.
