Woodside Cottage

Woodside Cottage sits on 24 acres of woodland and natural grounds near Dufftown, with Ben Rinnes visible from the back garden and red deer regularly spotted on the land. Walking, fishing, skiing and birdwatching are all within reach locally, and the shop, pub and restaurant are 4 miles away. The property comes with use of the owners' grounds, including a fenced 3-acre dog paddock if you're bringing a pet.

Three bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests: two singles and a double on the first floor, plus another single on the ground floor where the living room, kitchen and bathroom are also located. There's a separate toilet upstairs. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. A woodburner in the living room comes with initial logs included, and the cottage is heated throughout with biomass central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with parking for three cars and a bike store. An enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ opens onto the surrounding grounds; there's also a spring water supply and an unfenced pond in the owners' grounds. No smoking inside. One pet stays free of charge.
