Spiers Lodge
Perth and Kinross
The villages and market towns around Perth offer easy access to Perthshire's glens, lochs and hills, but Spiers Lodge pulls you somewhere quieter still—into woodland where deer and pheasants move through the trees. The cabin sits on a site designed to let guests slow down, with pathways that wind deeper into the forest. Everything here is built to blend in: insulated walls, low-energy lighting, a wood-fired hot tub positioned to take in views across the estate and towards the Highlands beyond.
Inside, the single bedroom holds a king bed, and the open-plan living area flows into a kitchenette with an electric hob. A shower room completes the layout, all on the ground floor and accessible by four steps to the entrance. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are covered, and there is parking on site. Outside, a decked garden area and fire pit give you space to sit, though the hot tub—filled and ready when you arrive—is the real draw on quieter evenings.
The water comes from a natural spring on the estate. This is a two-person, adults-only space that works best for a peaceful break rather than a party; smoking is not permitted. The site has a small shop if you need to pick up forgotten items.
