We hired the function room and DJs last Friday night for a wedding reception. Communication with Emma before the night was good. When we arrived on Friday afternoon to dress the room, the bar area, tables/table cloths and seating was all set up ready. The staff setting up and running the bar were great, they were welcoming, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much of an issue. The DJs, Ryan and Dan did an excellent job and were very accommodating regarding playlists and requests. We were able to have our own caterer come in to the venue, #Louby's, I highly recommend for an excellent buffet! The only negatives were; there was no ice or lemon for a G&T (first world problems 🤣) a couple of chairs were broken but quickly removed and the carpet in the function room had definitely seen better days but I believe this is on the refurb list. I would definitely recommend this venue. Thanks Emma, staff and DJs

Attended today for my son's rugby group. Found the centre to be clean and clearly well maintained. The car park out the front is small and would be difficult to find parking if busy (don't forget to register car registration details at reception to avoid parking fine!) The session was in the sports hall, again found to be very clean. The viewing area above had a seating area with a small bar. Whilst waiting and watching, I found the upstairs area to be icy cold! The cafe, downstairs, was open. Found the staff member to be very friendly and polite. I had a bacon roll and was disappointed, to be honest. It tasted lovely, just found the roll to be too big, and even though I paid extra for more bacon, it just wasn't enough for the price (£3.75 before extra bacon at 95p) There seems to be loads of things to do here, from bowling to various exercise classes and groups. Overall, I liked the Genesis Centre. Would definitely return if something that interested me or my family was on . 🙃

I recently visited this bowling center and had a generally enjoyable experience. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lanes were a little under maintained with some repairs needed, overall ambiance could use a bit of improvement. The pricing was reasonable, and there were enough amenities to keep us entertained between games. While it may not stand out as exceptional, it's a decent spot for a casual bowling night with friends or family.

Best price bowling around with plenty of deals to bring the price down further. Does exactly what it needs to with added arcade fun for good measure
