What visitors say
Outstanding place. The girl on the door has great customer care. She smiled when we entered, and was very friendly. Being back holiday it was busy, but we still managed to get a table straight away, which was clean with no rubbish anyware on the table or floors. Service at the cafe was easy and quick, and it looked very clean and tidy. The cafe staff were friendly & helpful. The toilets where clean and tidy and soap in the dispensers. The floors through out looked clean, and the staff came around getting any bits of rubbish that might gave been dropped and sweeping them up.

First visit with our almost 2 year old Grand daughter on a sunday afternoon and she had a wonderful time and never stopped running from one thing to the other for 2 hours. Play areas are well planned out with some interative parts in each segment. The baby and toddler area has a climbing slide into a ball pit in which one of the exit steps has a large piece of leather wripping away on the reverse side of the step, this could easily get a small foot stuck in it and cause a accident/fall even. One could argue that the risk of this happening is small whilst parents should be supervising their children in this area but an a accident could still occur if your supervising more than one fast moving toddler. Would recommend that toddlers have some non- slip socks on for when they are in the actual play areas, which our granddaughter was wearing and they proved to be valuable when she was running and climbing. Cafe and toilet facilities are good. Was not over busy and so this was nice. Security is good in there re exiting and entering the building, also with plenty of surveillance cameras. It would be helpful to have small lockers, which on asking they do not have due to the surveillance cameras, explained I had medication in my bag and so do not want to leave my bag unattended due to the medication and the lovely young employee said I could leave my bag in reception. I did not take this option due to there being inhalers in there and other medications which might need to be taken urgently. So I found myself in there with my bag with my all the time for safety reasons. Provision of small lockers for this purpose would be a good idea re safe guarding. Car parking is free whilst in Bubbles. Staff friendly and approachable. We would definitely visit again probably with a bumbag next time instead if handbag and with some adult non-slip socks.

Good access to free parking plenty of disabled spaces, Staff very friendly and helpful on entry we found the place very clean and the staff were always walking around checking nice little cafe selling everything you need. We did see an upstairs for private party's and it had a separate entrance to the play area. The play area is big and well looked after. TIP ask for coins for the little rides when you first enter a nice touch if you have small children.

We took the nieces here. It's a pretty good set up, good security in and out so feel safe to let them run about. Enough for them to keep busy with for a long time and a good menu for kids and adults. They also have TVs about, some with CCTV on areas within the play park so you can monitor the kids when they pass the areas and the other TVs are on a rotation of good jokes that are a good giggle. Plenty of parking and I was reading the party offers when I was there and it was a really good deal.
