A disgrace for service. This is if Starbucks did nurseries. No personal touch, all remote communication from Head Quarters - no longer a "local" nursery. If you wanted to grade Harrison - 5 stars. What it has become under Kids Planet is horrible to see. I'm so pleased that we are done with this organisation.

Lovely nursery gave my first little boy so much confidence from a bad experience Dani and Alex are brilliant all staff so helpful my second now goes and loves it
