Larkspur Cottage accommodates 26 people across 13 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, making it one of the few properties genuinely built for large gatherings rather than adapted for them. The whole house is yours alone, set in rural Sherwood Forest with a pub within a mile if you want to venture out, though most groups find little reason to leave.

The facilities justify the setup: there are pools and hot tubs for daytime gathering, spa treatments available on-site, a basement nightclub for evening entertainment, and in-house dining where food is prepared for you. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The house is non-smoking. One dog is welcome.

This works for family reunions, milestone celebrations, corporate retreats and groups who want everything under one roof. You arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:00.
