Swan Apartments 2B is a second-floor apartment where you step into a bright, open-plan living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and a Juliet balcony overlooks the River Tyne. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Both bedrooms are doubles: the first has its own ensuite shower room, while the second shares access to a bathroom with bath and shower. Everything you need is provided—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—and there's parking for one car on site.

The Quayside location puts you within walking distance of riverside restaurants, cafés and bars, with views across to the Tyne Bridge and Gateshead Millennium Bridge. Newcastle city centre and its Georgian architecture are a short walk away. The apartment doesn't allow smoking. It's a straightforward city base for four people, whether you're working in Newcastle or taking a break.
