About Dream Apartments Quayside

Bars, restaurants and a stretch of riverside walking are all within reach of Dream Apartments Quayside, with a golf course also nearby for those wanting to venture a little further. The City Road location puts the Quayside's pubs and eateries on the doorstep, making it a practical base for exploring Newcastle upon Tyne on foot.

The apartments themselves are furnished in a relaxed, homely style, with several offering views over the river. Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks provided, and free Wi-Fi throughout, and there are family and accessible options alongside standard units. A lift serves the building and reception is staffed around the clock, so arrivals at odd hours aren't a problem.

This is a self-catering setup rather than a full-service hotel, suited to guests who want space to themselves and easy access to the city's food and drink scene rather than an on-site restaurant. With the Quayside's own pubs and restaurants a short walk away, there's little need for one.

Being BRUTALLY HONEST!! I was in room 24 booked it through airbnb Its not that bad. The room is decent yes there r some scratches on the walls and the oven and pans in the kitchen are kind of horror. Reception closes after 6pm. Which can be a big issue for anyone checking in later at that time. Bedding, sheet, towel was clean. Provides basic kitchen stuff like plate glass dish soap cutlery ect. You might need to buy ur own salt pepper oil (i had to) also PLZZZZ buy your own steel over tray or 1time use over proof aluminium tray.

Scammers. Stayed here 1-3 May. Rooms were subpar, and excruciatingly sweaty with little ventilation. Where im greatly upset is by the service. Paid £150 for a deposit which i was told i would get back and confirmed again after my stay had concluded. Over 1.5 weeks later, i have not received my money back and they have not returned any calls or messages. Do not stay here if you have more sense than money.

This facility messaged me on the afternoon of my scheduled check in and told me that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me, even though I’d prepaid the reservation and the required damage deposit. They then gaslit me about the details of reservation and the reasons for the cancellation and tried to get me to cancel the reservation on my side so it wouldn’t count against them on booking.com. They were rude and argumentative the whole time. Shockingly awful experience.

staff definitely need to learn customer service. Leaning lap tops, phones and room keys for people to take. After waiting over 25 minutes to check in. Apartments in a great location with great views a little bit rough around the edges could do with upgrade furniture.
