Llwyngwair Manor is a former country manor house set in 55 acres of wooded parkland less than a mile east of Newport on the A487 towards Cardigan, now run as the centrepiece of a wider holiday park offering hotel rooms alongside self-catering and touring accommodation.
The manor house retains a licensed bar and restaurant, a games room with two full-size snooker tables and grounds that include a small lake and mature trees, giving guests plenty to do without leaving the estate. Coarse fishing and a children's play area add to the appeal for families.
Its parkland setting, a short drive from Newport's beach and the Coast Path, and from the Preseli Hills to the south, makes it a practical, well-equipped base for exploring the wider area.

This was the location given for my Covid jab. Parking was easy and although 2 hours early for my appointment I was seen immediately and had time to explore. I met a lovely couple sitting in the bar and talked for about 2 hours with them before leaving. It all looks well cared for and the extensive grounds were almost too perfect! The manor house interior is very traditional and it was interesting to see.

Beautiful peaceful location. Long lovely drive up from the main road entrance. Beautiful well kept grounds. Lovely old Manor house. Large choice of accommodation from a Lodge to an apartment, ensuite rooms or take your caravan or tent ⛺️. Fully stocked bar, great dinner / pub food menu, amazing games room, crazy golf. full breakfast 😋. Short drive to Newport beach ⛱️ and the lovely market town of Cardigan which has loads to offer. Highly recommended 👌

Stopped here for a couple of nights in the main hotel and it did the job! Service can be a bit odd but very well intentioned/friendly and helpful. We had multiple experiences of being told our booking doesn’t exist over the phone initially and then once they check, the staff confirm that they do indeed have it - causes a fair bit of panic for guests unnecessarily. Otherwise, rooms are clean, staff are friendly and grounds looked nice enough!

Just beautiful. The grounds in which it is set are spectacular Accommodation is really clean. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is a 10/10!
