We stayed here from the 23rd May to 28th May. Well all I can say is what a place ! It’s got to be one of my favourite places to visit and I don’t just say that because it was good it was exceptional , From the cleanliness to the quietness of the place it was all great it really did feel like a home from home. We got to meet Suzie as well and she was very nice and friendly thank you ! This really is a gem for anyone wanting to stay here it really deserves so much recognition! The breakfast items and cream tea was a really nice touch and we throughly enjoyed .Bus routes are also great if you need to get into Newquay via the bus if you don’t fancy the walk. All in all me and my partner have thoroughly our stay and will be back as soon as possible. Make sure you have a nice cup of tea looking at the sea that’s the best part about it.

A warm friendly welcome on arrival. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, well equipped including TV, small fridge, hairdryer, own car parking space, everything is just beautifully done. Beverages and biscuits available in room. Enjoyed stunning views of the sea, whilst watching the sunset from our room. 10 minute walk to Porth beach, 30 minute walk to Newquay town centre where you can find a variety of bars & restaurants. We cannot recommend this beautifully property enough, and would not hesitate to stop again. Thank you Suzie for being a wonderful host and for making us feel very welcome.

Had an incredible weekend here. What a wonderful little space! Impeccably clean, fantastic facilities. Gorgeous little view of porth beach as you sit in the armchairs, I cannot recommend enough! Thank you Suzie and Gregor!

Absolutely stunning place.. lovely little room with beautiful views.. clean and fresh.. owners are absolutely amazing people.. definitely will come back there..
