About Porth Veor Villas & Apartments
Porth Veor Villas & Apartments is a low-rise cluster of self-catering villas and apartments set back from Newquay's coastline, with just 12 rooms giving it a quieter, more residential feel than a typical seaside hotel. Many of the apartments look out over the sea, and each comes with its own kitchen, so guests can cook their own meals or make use of the on-site bar and breakfast service instead.
Rooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms, and family and accessible rooms are available, along with drinks in the room for those settling in for the evening. Outside there's a garden, picnic area and outdoor seating, plus an outdoor swimming pool for warmer days. Practical extras include free WiFi, luggage storage, a laundry service, and meeting rooms and business services for anyone combining work with a Cornish break. Free on-site parking is provided throughout.
The location suits an active stay, with cycling and walking routes, golf, fishing and horse riding all nearby, as well as watersports for those keen to get in the water. Pubs, restaurants and other entertainment are within easy reach too, making it straightforward to head out for the evening after a day on Newquay's coastline.

Came here for a family vacation with three other adults and one child. It's in a great location, so close to Porth beach and the lovely Gwenna Teahouse. The apartment is spacious and clean. Got all the essential you need ie towels, cutlery. Having the swimming pool is a bonus! My son jumped in 10 mins after we arrived. It was a lovely experience. Very quiet. I would definitely recommend and come here again. Staff were very lovely and friendly and so are all the other families enjoying their holiday.

We have had such a lovely stay here. Our apartment was lovely and homely. The staff are friendly, helpful and the breakfast is great. We are already planning our next holiday.

We stayed in the Villa for 3 nights with self catering. The location is excellent as the Porth beach is 5 mins walk as there is short path from the villa. The views are stunning from the other side of the beach. The evening n morning receptionist were very kind n friendly. But on our checkout the staff didn’t even smile or say a kind goodbye. Maybe he was having a bad day. Overall we loved Porth Veor Manor n definitely will come back. They have a book in the room so look it for the discounts n places suggested. The town centre was 25 mins walk from the short path as you walk parallel to the sea view. There are 5 beaches n surfing is the best with lifeguards on the beach. Every beach was worth it. Not to miss Malcolm Bakery which is 3 min drive from the Villa. In town we had food at Turkish Grill n one of best with value for money. The mains are c£18 but quantity is a lot. They also give you complimentary salad, 2 sides of humous n big basket of soft naans. We also went to Eden Project on a rainy day 40-60 mins drive which was well worth it. Thanks for everything we will come back soon.
