Amazing place, truly a beautiful pub and accommodation, service is wonderful, fast, friendly and always on point. When arriving we were helped up with our bags and from that moment on we were helped with all of our needs. Desk top fans were going when we arrived in our rooms and every effort to help us feel comfortable with the summer heat. Shower water pressure great and hot. Clean, smelt great. Wanted to find out what cleaning product so I could copy at home ! Are booked in again in two weeks time for another 3 night stay and so excited.

The team working here is absolutely incredible. Okay had quite heavy luggage that the owner kindly carried up to my room. My party and I had been staying in both the inn, but had also been eating dinner and breakfast here. Breakfast is incredible, for £11 for breakfast with your stay you get a substantial amount of food. You have a choice between a select few options and there’s a buffet present. Dinner is outstanding. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious, I’ve ordered the lasagna and bangers and mash. The service by the beautiful girls working here is incredible is amazing. Everyone here is very kind, quick, and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy, decorated beautifully. It can get quite hot, as you know with this heatwave, but the windows open up and they provide small desk fans on your night stand. They clean the rooms daily, make your bed, and supply new toiletries. 10/10. Highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again.

Just passing through and spotted strong reviews for Sunday roast so we tried to make a last minute visit. We were so pleased we did! Booked from the car online for 30 mins later. Arrived about 15 mins early for the table but we're accommodated quickly. Staff were lovely, the food being delivered to other tables all added to the anticipation 🤣. We will certainly be back. Roast was delicious, atmosphere was so cosy we could have stayed all afternoon if we hadn't had 120miles to drive! A pub we'd make a detour to visit again.

This traditional pub and restaurant is absolutely phenomenal! I've been here loads of times before but I've came here again recently, and it's the first time I've tried their roast dinner which was absolutely breathtaking with a wide selection of meat options. (I chose lamb) The staff are really polite and welcoming, who seated us at a spacious and clean table.
