Set on a working farm near Newton Abbot, it offers straightforward B&B accommodation with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and a garden with outdoor seating to sit out in.

Absolutely wonderful B&B. So welcoming and friendly. Every detail thought through carefully. Old fashioned farmhouse hospitality which was lovely. Annie made us laugh with her tales while she lit the log burner for us. Will definitely be visiting here again and recommending it to everyone. Good wi-fi

We had such a lovely time at this farm, Storm and her grandparents Ann and William were delightful hosts and we had a great conversation. Also as lovers of cats and dogs we were quite happy to see some furry companions! The room was quite lovely, comfortable and very clean, and so was the bathroom which was so typical British to us French people :) Breakfast was great and waiting for us when we arrived for the next morning and everything was there: sweet and savoury so we both were happy with it. In conclusion we loved our stay here and hope to be back soon to enjoy this amazing place. Thanks again for this great time!

What a beautiful place in the middle of Dartmoor among the horses. We received a very friendly welcome and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and hospitality. We enjoyed the animals and the beautiful garden. Thank you for a lovely stay and we would definitely love to come back!

Brilliant self catering two bed barn conversion in the yard of the farm.Its called the Homestead,with french doors to a stunning mature garden and patio. It's position on Dartmoor is ideal. The hosts are great and can't do enough to make you comfortable. We arrived to farm fresh bread with homemade jam and marmalade in the fridge Stunning location and highly recommended. The homestead at Cordonford farm. 10/10.
