Apple Tree House is a semi-detached cottage built in traditional stone, standing in the Ayrshire village of Dalry surrounded by rolling countryside. The property sits on the edge of an area known for walking and cycling, with the 100-mile Ayrshire Coastal Path accessible for exploration. Inland, the landscape offers gardens, castles, golf courses and historic Burns Country sites; the beach is 8 miles away, and major cities including Edinburgh and Glasgow are a short drive for a wider day out.
The house sleeps 6 across three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs, a living room with French doors opens to the garden, while the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the bedrooms are served by a bathroom with both bath and shower. Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. A hot tub is available for use. Smoking is not permitted inside.
A shop, pub and restaurant are within 100 yards of the front door. The owner operates a hair and beauty clinic a 2-minute walk away, should you wish to book treatments. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
