Step through the door at Dunrigh Cottage and you're immediately in a space designed for living together. The ground floor flows from entrance through to the living and dining area, where a sea view stretches across an open-plan room that works as a natural gathering point. Beyond it sits a conservatory overlooking the water, and the kitchen—equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, air fryer and everything else needed for proper cooking—connects directly to where people tend to congregate. Two shower rooms serve the property, and throughout, the layout keeps things on a single level with gentle two-step transitions between spaces.
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests: one with a bunk bed (3ft), two others with single beds (3ft each). A travel cot is available if needed. The cottage sits in Blackwaterfoot, a village on the Isle of Arran's west coast, with the beach a hundred yards down the path and Shiskine Golf & Tennis Club nearby. The Kinloch Hotel is within walking distance. Parking for two cars is on site; essential services and a shop are in the village itself. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The property is non-smoking. A patio and garden furniture face the road from the front.
