Sea Breeze Cottage

Sea Breeze Cottage is a ground-floor property in Lochranza on the Isle of Arran, designed to be self-contained and ready to use. The single bedroom contains two single beds; a sofa bed in the living area provides the extra sleeping space for four guests. There is one shower room. The kitchen is properly fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, so you can cook as much or as little as you choose. A utility room has a washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive to find the essentials already in place.

The cottage opens onto gardens front and back, with a sitting area to the rear and parking for one car at the side. It overlooks the Kilbrannan Sound toward the Kintyre Peninsula. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost. The village sits on the north coast of Arran; the castle at Brodick and various walking routes across the island are accessible by car or bus. No smoking inside the property.
