Corrie sits on the Ayrshire coast with the Firth of Clyde stretching out in front of it. The village is small and quiet, but the shoreline is worth exploring, and from here you can see across the water to the mountains beyond. The cottage itself is traditional stone, recently refurbished, positioned on higher ground so the views work particularly well from the garden.

Seaview has two bedrooms—a king and a twin—and two bathrooms with shower and roll-top bath. The ground floor is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living areas in one space. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking, dishwasher and all the basics. The living room centres on a wood burner set into the original stone wall, and large windows frame those sea views. There is a sofa bed in the living area if a third person needs to sleep downstairs. Underfloor heating and logs for the burner are included, along with wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels. A lawned garden is enclosed, and there is private parking for two cars. The final approach is via an unmade track—uneven in places—though there is space to leave a vehicle before the steep final section if needed. Note that the internal stairs have a right-angle turn and handrail on one side only. No smoking inside.
