You arrive into a substantial space: this is one half of a Victorian farmhouse set across two storeys, with enough room for ten people spread across four bedrooms. Downstairs, the living and dining room has a gas woodburner and television. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine—and opens to a breakfast area. A double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor mean easier access for anyone who needs it. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: one four-poster double, and two rooms that combine a double with a single bed each, giving flexibility for different group shapes. A second bathroom with separate toilet serves the upper floor.
The setting is rural North Devon countryside, accessed by country lane through working farmland. You have exclusive use of the garden areas: a third of an acre beside the house with patio and seating, plus an additional rear garden with a fire pit and barbecue looking out over fields. Parking is on site. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating runs through the colder months. A pub is within a mile. This suits families and groups. South Molton is two miles away; the North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor are all within reach for day trips. One well-behaved pet is welcome; smoking is not.
