Dolphin Cottage

Braunton is a substantial village on the North Devon coast, well positioned for access to some of the region's most popular beaches. Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe are all within a short drive, making this area a natural base for families and groups seeking both seaside activity and the relative quiet of village life. Dolphin Cottage sits on a private cul-de-sac with minimal through traffic, offering a peaceful retreat from the busier roads nearby.

The cottage is a traditional terraced property with three bedrooms: a double, a twin, and a third with bunk beds suited to children. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the living room has a Smart TV and DVD player, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washer-dryer—useful for families staying longer or managing sandy clothes from beach days. Doors from the kitchen open to an enclosed rear garden with patio seating and outdoor furniture, a practical space for dogs and young children. Linen, towels, electricity, and Wi-Fi are provided. One dog stays free. Smoking is not permitted. The property sleeps six and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Parking is available on-road outside the property, with a nearby car park offering free parking from 18:00 onwards if you need additional space. The village itself has shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
